Acceptable Use Policy
GotClawBot is a powerful AI service. To keep it useful and safe for everyone, here's what is and isn't allowed. Violation can result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
You must not use GotClawBot to
Break the law
- Generate content that violates laws in your jurisdiction or ours (Saudi Arabia, EU).
- Facilitate illegal activity, fraud, money-laundering, or sanctions evasion.
- Infringe intellectual-property rights you don't hold.
Harm others
- Generate child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexual content involving minors, or content that sexualizes minors. Zero tolerance — we report to authorities.
- Generate content that incites violence, supports terrorism, or targets individuals or groups with hate based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
- Stalk, harass, or threaten specific individuals.
- Dox people (publish private info without consent) or impersonate them.
- Generate non-consensual intimate imagery, including of public figures (deepfakes, "nudify" content, etc.).
Spam or abuse Telegram
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, viral chain-letter spam, or scam payloads.
- Use the bot to harvest, scrape, or auto-message strangers in groups they didn't opt into.
- Operate a service violating Telegram's own Terms of Service or Bot API rules.
Compromise infrastructure
- Distribute malware, phishing kits, or credential-stealers via your bot.
- Attempt to attack our infrastructure, other users' runtimes, or third parties.
- Share your bot/account/credentials with multiple people; the service is per-user.
- Try to extract our system prompts, jailbreak the model to bypass safety, or evade abuse detection.
Use it for high-stakes decisions without expert review
- Don't rely on the AI for medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial decisions, or life-safety calls without a qualified human reviewing.
- If your bot serves end users in regulated domains (health, finance, legal), make clear that it's an AI assistant, not a licensed professional.
You should
- Be transparent with your bot's users that they're talking to an AI.
- Disclose to your users that messages are processed by a third-party AI provider (DeepSeek).
- Tell us about bugs, abuse you spot, or security issues at support@gotclawbot.com.
How we enforce
We monitor aggregate usage signals (rate, volume, cost spikes) automatically. We do not monitor the content of your conversations. If we detect abuse signals or receive a credible report:
- For minor or first-time issues, we may email you to discuss.
- For serious or repeated violations, we suspend the account immediately.
- For illegal content (especially CSAM), we suspend immediately and report to authorities.
Suspended or terminated accounts forfeit unused subscription time without refund.
Reports
To report a bot built on GotClawBot doing something that violates this policy, email support@gotclawbot.com with the subject line “Abuse report” and as much detail as you can provide (bot username, time of incident, screenshots). Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Updates
This policy will evolve as the service grows. Material changes will be emailed at least 14 days before they take effect.
