Refund & Cancellation Policy
We try to keep this clear and short.
3-day refund window
If you change your mind within 3 days of your initial subscription payment, you can request a full refund. No reasons needed — just email support@gotclawbot.com from the address you signed up with and we'll process the refund.
After 3 days the payment is non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to stop future billing (see below).
How to request a refund
- Email support@gotclawbot.com from the address on your account.
- Mention the date of your purchase and that you want a refund.
- We'll confirm within one business day and submit the refund to DodoPayments (our payment processor).
- The refund typically arrives in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. After that, your subscription stops auto-renewing and your runtime winds down.
- From your dashboard: a future "Cancel subscription" button (if not yet shipped, email us).
- Or email support@gotclawbot.com — we cancel within one business day.
Cancelling doesn't trigger a refund for the current period unless you're still within the 3-day window above.
Renewals
Your subscription auto-renews monthly until you cancel. We don't send renewal-reminder emails for monthly plans, so set a reminder if you only want one month. Renewal charges are not refundable beyond the 3-day window of the original purchase.
Service problems & chargebacks
If something is broken, please contact us first — most issues we can fix or refund quickly. Filing a chargeback before reaching out is rarely necessary and can trigger automated suspensions on your account that take longer to undo than a direct email.
Subscriptions terminated for abuse
If we terminate an account for violating our Acceptable Use Policy, no refund is owed for the unused portion of the current billing period.
Free trials & promotional credit
We do not currently offer paid trials. Any promotional credit applied to your account is non-refundable as cash; if applied to a paid subscription, refunds are pro-rated to exclude the credit value.
